With regards to the spam trackbacks, some "Elliot Black" crowd seem to have being doing the bo**ox, however I have installed the "<a href="http://www.homelandstupidity.us/software/bad-behavior/" rel="nofollow">Bad Behaviour</a>" plugin, and haven't seen much in a while. You just needed decent technical support!!
