My 1999 1.6l Ford Focus can go faster than that. My hubbie’s 1998 1.5l Honda Civic can certainly go much faster than that. And what happens in Germany? There are unrestricted sections of Autobahn there where you can drive as fast as you like - what will the next suggestion be - tachographs and GPS tracking systems in all new cars to ensure they never exceed 120km/h???
